📦 Transit Damage & Unboxing We strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and packaging as the item is unpacked. This is the fastest way to assess potential transit damage. If your piece arrives broken, please contact amberooasis@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with your video or clear photos. For safety reasons, please do not return shattered glass unless specifically instructed.
