A Note from the Artist – QIZHILI

“A pineapple carries the sweetness of the sun, the spirit of the tropics, and the joy of gathering.”

✨ Key Features

Handcrafted Art Glass: Each pineapple is shaped by flame from translucent golden-yellow and green swirled glass. Its tropical swirls catch and soften light — turning a simple form into something luminous.

Two Ways to Own: Choose Lightable (includes a gold metal candle cup and cotton wick — simply add your own liquid ghee) or Decor Only (pure ornament). Due to shipping restrictions, we do not include ghee or oil. You can easily find them on Amazon or local stores.

Unique by Nature: Handmade at high heat, no two are identical. Tiny bubbles and organic variations are the mark of true fire-born artistry.

Where It Belongs: Desk, altar, shelf, or Christmas display. A quiet glow that stays beautiful long after the holiday season ends.

⚠️ AFTER-SALES & STORE INFORMATION Please read carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our store policies and product care information.

✨ Handmade Characteristics & Appearance Each piece is individually handcrafted. Natural traits such as small air bubbles, subtle colour shifts, slight size variations, and organic curves are beautiful signatures of hand-blown glass, not defects. Please note that actual colours may vary slightly from photos due to lighting conditions, natural glass properties, and individual screen settings.

🧼 Care & Handling Glass is highly fragile and may contain small or delicate parts. Please handle with care, avoid dropping on hard surfaces, and clean gently. Keep glass items entirely out of reach of young children and pets.

🔥 Fire & Heat Safety Always place the item on a stable, heat-resistant surface before lighting. Never leave an open flame unattended, and keep strictly away from flammable materials, drafts, children, and pets. The glass surface will become hot during use—always allow it to cool completely before touching or moving. Ensure the flame is fully extinguished before leaving the room.

📦 Transit Damage & Unboxing We strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and packaging as the item is unpacked. This is the fastest way to assess potential transit damage. If your piece arrives broken, please contact amberooasis@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with your video or clear photos. For safety reasons, please do not return shattered glass unless specifically instructed.

↩️ Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights Due to the unique nature of our art, please refer to our full [Refund & Return Policy] for detailed rules on change-of-mind purchases, damage resolutions, and eligible returns. Our policies fully respect and do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to your purchase (including the EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal).
