1. 📹 MANDATORY: Record Your Unboxing

Glass is extremely fragile and transit is unpredictable. We STRONGLY REQUIRE filming a continuous, unedited unboxing video (showing the courier label → outer box → inner foam → the piece itself). If transit damage occurs, this uncut video is the ONLY valid evidence for a claim.

2. All Sales Are Final (No Change of Mind)

Every piece is hand-blown and one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of handmade glass art, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for color preference, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. Once production/processing starts, order cancellations are not allowed.

3. Transit Damage Resolution

If your piece arrives broken, email amberooasis@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and clear photos.

Repairable (minor chip): We provide a video repair guide + a partial refund (15%–40%) based on severity.

Beyond Repair (shattered): Full refund issued upon video verification. We will never ask you to ship broken glass back.

4. Not Eligible For After-Sales:

We do not offer after-sales service if damage is reported more than 48 hours after delivery, or if no continuous unboxing video is provided. Items that have been used, dropped, self-repaired, or modified are not eligible. Additionally, natural handmade traits (bubble placement, organic curves, size variance ±5mm) are signatures of handcraft, not defects.

🔥 Fire Safety Warning (Important): Never leave burning incense unattended. Ensure the incense stick is securely placed in the holder before lighting. Place the holder on a heat-resistant, flat surface away from drafts, open windows, and flammable materials.
