Processing Time: 5-7 business days (each piece is made to order or strictly inspected before shipping).

Delivery Time: 7–14 business days to most countries (Tracked & Insured).

Shipping Fee: Free Worldwide Shipping. (Note: Import duties may apply depending on your local regulations; US orders under $800 are duty-free).

Please read carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. 📹 MANDATORY: Record Your Unboxing Glass is extremely fragile. We STRONGLY REQUIRE filming a continuous, unedited unboxing video (showing the courier label → outer box → inner foam → the piece itself). If transit damage occurs, this uncut video is the ONLY valid evidence for a claim.

2. All Sales Are Final (No Change of Mind) Due to the random nature of blind boxes and the uniqueness of handmade art, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for color preference, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. We do not offer "refund only without return" under any circumstances.

3. Transit Damage Resolution If your piece arrives broken, email amberooasis@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and clear photos.

Repairable (minor chip/loose joint): We provide a video repair guide + a partial refund (15%–40%).

Beyond Repair (shattered): Full refund issued upon video verification. No need to ship the broken glass back.

4. Not Eligible For After-Sales:

Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery.

No continuous unboxing video provided.

Piece has been used, dropped, self-repaired, or modified.

Natural handmade traits (bubble placement, slight color variation, organic curves, size variance ±5mm). These are signatures of handcraft, not defects.
