This handmade glass ghost butter lamp is shaped by fire, crafted especially for Halloween. The translucent light blue glass acts like a dreamy veil, catching candlelight and diffusing it into a soft, warm glow. Two Ways to Own: Choose Lightable (includes a gold metal candle cup and cotton wick — simply add your own liquid ghee) or Decor Only (pure ornament). Due to shipping restrictions, we do not include ghee or oil. You can easily find them on Amazon or local stores.

MANDATORY: Record Your Unboxing - Glass is extremely fragile and transit is unpredictable. We STRONGLY REQUIRE filming a continuous, unedited unboxing video (showing the courier label → outer box → inner foam → the piece itself). If transit damage occurs, this uncut video is the ONLY valid evidence for a claim.

All Sales Are Final (No Change of Mind) - Every piece is hand-blown and one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of handmade glass art, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for color preference, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. Once production/processing starts, order cancellations are not allowed.

Transit Damage Resolution - If your piece arrives broken, email amberooasis@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and clear photos. Repairable (minor chip): We provide a partial refund (15%–40%) based on severity. Beyond Repair (shattered): Full refund issued upon video verification. We will never ask you to ship broken glass back.

Not Eligible For After-Sales - We do not offer after-sales service if damage is reported more than 48 hours after delivery, or if no continuous unboxing video is provided. Items that have been used, dropped, self-repaired, or modified are not eligible. Additionally, natural handmade traits (bubble placement, organic curves, slight size variance) are signatures of handcraft, not defects.

🔥 Butter Lamp Safety Warning (Lightable Version Only): This product is designed for use with ghee only. Never use tea lights, wax candles, or oil other than ghee. Always place the lamp on a heat-resistant, stable surface before lighting. Never leave a burning lamp unattended. Keep away from flammable materials, curtains, paper, and out of reach of children and pets. Extinguish the flame completely before leaving the room or going to sleep. Do not overfill the metal cup with ghee — fill only enough to cover the wick base. The glass surface may become hot during use; allow it to cool down before handling.

✨ Handmade Variation: As every ghost is individually hand-shaped under a flame, slight variations in overall dimensions (around the 5-8cm mark) and tiny trapped air bubbles are completely normal and celebrate its artisanal soul.
