"Why an iris? Because it doesn't try to be a rose. The iris is quieter — it holds its posture, lets the light do the talking. I wanted this candle holder to do the same. Solid, clear glass, shaped by hand in the flame. When you light a candle inside, the flame shines through the transparent petals, and suddenly the whole room softens. The tiny bubbles, the slight asymmetry, the way the glass bends light — those aren't flaws. They're the breath of the flame that made it. No two holders come out identical because the fire never repeats itself. You place the candle. I shape the glass. One at a time. It's not for everyone. It's for someone who understands that light is also a flower."

MANDATORY: Record Your Unboxing - Glass is extremely fragile and transit is unpredictable. We STRONGLY REQUIRE filming a continuous, unedited unboxing video (showing the courier label → outer box → inner foam → the piece itself). If transit damage occurs, this uncut video is the ONLY valid evidence for a claim.

All Sales Are Final (No Change of Mind) - Every piece is hand-blown and one-of-a-kind. Due to the custom nature of handmade glass art, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for color preference, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. Once production/processing starts, order cancellations are not allowed.

Transit Damage Resolution - If your piece arrives broken, email amberooasis@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and clear photos. Repairable (minor chip): We provide a partial refund (15%–40%) based on severity. Beyond Repair (shattered): Full refund issued upon video verification. We will never ask you to ship broken glass back.

Not Eligible For After-Sales - We do not offer after-sales service if damage is reported more than 48 hours after delivery, or if no continuous unboxing video is provided. Items that have been used, dropped, self-repaired, or modified are not eligible. Additionally, natural handmade traits (bubble placement, organic curves, size variance ±5mm) are signatures of handcraft, not defects.

🎨 Color Disclaimer (Important): Please note that slight color variations may occur. The actual color of the glass candle holder may look slightly different from the photos due to varying lighting conditions (indoor vs. natural sunlight), individual screen display settings, and the natural chemical reactions of glass under a flame.

✨ Handmade Variation: As every petal is individually hand-shaped under a flame, slight variations in overall dimensions (around the 18cm mark) and tiny trapped air bubbles are completely normal and celebrate its artisanal soul.
